The updates come as part of Google’s efforts to strengthen its position in the global 3C digital market and improve compatibility between different devices.

One of the key updates is the new Android Security Core, which provides end-to-end encryption for user data, including messages, photos, and app data, ensuring better protection against cyber threats. The preview includes support for new hardware features such as foldable displays, under-display cameras, and advanced biometric sensors, as well as improved AI integration capabilities. Google also announced partnerships with major 3C brands to ensure that Android 15 is rolled out to their devices in a timely manner, with updates expected to start in the third quarter of 2026.

In addition, Google is expanding its Google Play Protect service to cover more 3C devices, including smart wearables and tablets, providing real-time scanning for malware and other security threats. The company also announced plans to enhance the Google Assistant’s capabilities on 3C devices, allowing users to control multiple devices with voice commands and access personalized content across their ecosystem.
